The residence can welcome up to 150 residents in comfortable, hotel-style surroundings, with a swimming pool and relaxation areas facing the Mediterranean.

Medical support is provided on site: nurses and care assistants look after residents day to day, and medicalised beds can be installed on request as needs change. The Esplanade therefore welcomes both independent seniors and less independent residents, in the same way as our nursing and care homes in Tunisia.
